Shipping

All products are kept in stock and are normally available for immediate delivery. Orders are dispatched within one business day. Shipping times within South East Queensland are estimated to be between 1 and 2 business days. Shipping to areas located outside South East Queensland may take between 3 and 7 business days.

Shipping costs for orders valued at less than $100 within the Brisbane Metropolitan area are $25 plus GST. Orders over $100 are delivered free to this area. Orders outside this area will be quoted on request.

If you are located outside of the South East Queensland area your transaction will not be processed automatically online. Instead, your order will be received by our team and an accurate delivery price will be communicated to you via email. If you accept the price, your order will be processed and dispatched within one working day.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars ($AUD).

Customer Service Policy

All Purpose Removals is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within one business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify and fulfil your orders. All Purpose Removals uses cookies to allow you to maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart.
